35 wks pregnant.stayed under the sun from 10am-11am today in my back yard. did not use sunscreen.have a headache since then.dangerous for baby?

Call your obs team: Even if your headache does not persist despite rehydration and bed rest, it would be best to consult your obstetrical team who knows you best and seek their advice and perhaps ask for an evaluation of your blood presssure, urine tests, amniotic fluid etc...in order to be reassured that you and your unborn baby are doing well.

i am 18w pregnant.taking zyrtec-d daily whole pregnancy.now i read it's not good.doc told me it was fine.is my baby ok?!?

Zyrtec (cetirizine): I do use zyrtec in pregnancy, but typically avoid zyrtec d.  I prefer zyrtec over Claritin (loratadine) as well.  You might want to use regular zyrtec.

8wks pregnant.wake up @5am everyday.horrible nausea&gagging w/ dry heaving all day until i eat but i get hunger pains even after i eat.why?please help

Contact your OB!: There are treatments available for your nausea etc. that are safe during pregnancy, but only with your OB's knowledge &amp; consent. Ginger ale and crackers eaten when you wake up and between meals may help relieve the nausea and hunger pain.  Since you're so young, it's very important that you get proper nutrition from the start, so please take this problem (and your prenatal vitamins) seriously.

Bladder Infection: A five week pregnancy would have nothing to do with a leaking urinary system.  You most likely have a bladder infection.

pregnant.taking prenatal vitamin that includes biotin 300mcg.thyroid panel blood test scheduled for next tuesday.when should i stop taking biotin?

Yes: Excess intake of biotin can interfere with some of the laboratory tests.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

i am 15 weeks pregnant.taking synthroid (thyroxine) 50 mcg every day for 8 months already. tsh is within norm range now.what if i miss just one dose tomorrow?

Add an additional dose: Because synthroid (thyroxine) has a long half life and keeping your thyroid level normal is important during the pregnancy, I suggest to add additional dose of 50 mg synthroid (thyroxine) as soon as you realize that you missed the dose. Hope this helps. Happy New Year!

Sounds: pretty unremarkable to me.  Usually urinalysis tests include nitrites and leukocyte esterase, both testing for infection.  And rbc and crystals.

Would recommend: Against it if your are tobogganing down slopes due to the risk of injury. If one is just being pulled on a toboggan on flat land - that should not pose any threat.

Depends: If you did not have sex since your last period, you are not pregnant. If you did the test correctly, at more than 4-5 days after a missed period, you are unlikely to be pregnant, though you may wish to repeat the test, Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.
