Call your obs team: Even if your headache does not persist despite rehydration and bed rest, it would be best to consult your obstetrical team who knows you best and seek their advice and perhaps ask for an evaluation of your blood presssure, urine tests, amniotic fluid etc...in order to be reassured that you and your unborn baby are doing well.
