Trust you OB MD: You need to rein in your anxiety and trust your OB MD to continue to exercise his/her good judgement. Repeating ultrasounds to treat the patient's anxiety has both risks and benefits. Pregnancy is something that grows steadily and will reveal its' progress or not at the 8 week ultrasound examination point.

Not possible: Sooner or later, a pregnant woman will have symptoms.

Pregnancy: Symptoms of pregnancy are variable. Some women have them. Some women don't.  A positive test and no symptoms sounds normal.

Definitely important: An asymptomatic UTI can easily ascend to the kidneys and result in pyelonephritis. This in turn can induce premature labor resulting in premature birth which in itself can definitely be harmful to the baby. So definitely treat.

Maybe: Technically, if you had a real period, you can't be pregnant.  The problem is that sometimes bleeding in early pregnancy can be confused with a period.  And sometimes there are no symptoms.  The way around this confusion is to do a home pregnancy test.  They are available without a prescription at the pharmacy and you can do the test in the privacy of your own bathroom.    Best wishes!

before being pregnant esr was 63 at 5 weeks esr was 77 could this complicate pregnancy? no symptoms of illness all other bloods normal please help

ESR: The erythrocyte sedimentation rate is a very non-specific measure of inflammation and in the absence of symptoms or other manifestations of illness should be ignored.  Lab test results taken out of the context of clinical presentations and findings seldom have relevance.  Good luck and have a great baby. Should you develop any issues, see your OB quickly.

Take the test: If you want to know if you are pregnant, take a test. In today's world you do not need to wonder if you are pregnant or not based on symptoms. Pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy and in minutes you will have your answer. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.

i am 39 and ttc, my fasting prolactin level was 27.5, i do not want to take bromo or any meds, i have no symptoms, what are my chances for pregnancy?

If you are : Menstruating, it is normal for you.  If you are not, or have galactorrhea, then you need a pituitary MRI and cabergoline.

its been 6 weeks since my last period. i did take a plan b 6 weeks ago, but with being in quarantine and having a different routine and sleep cycle.. could this be a cause? i have no symptoms and took 4 pregnancy tests and they are all negative.

It happens: Normal women can occasionally skip a cycle. If you are doing the test as instructed you are likely not pregnant but just skipped one. When it goes more than 60+ days without sometimes a doc will offer meds to bring on menses if your test remains negative.
