Us at 6w2d showed sac and 1mm embryo. coupled with no pregnancy symptoms, is this worrisome? on track? my ob refuses to "look" again until 8w4d.

Trust you OB MD: You need to rein in your anxiety and trust your OB MD to continue to exercise his/her good judgement. Repeating ultrasounds to treat the patient's anxiety has both risks and benefits. Pregnancy is something that grows steadily and will reveal its' progress or not at the 8 week ultrasound examination point.
