Before being pregnant esr was 63 at 5 weeks esr was 77 could this complicate pregnancy? no symptoms of illness all other bloods normal please help

ESR: The erythrocyte sedimentation rate is a very non-specific measure of inflammation and in the absence of symptoms or other manifestations of illness should be ignored. Lab test results taken out of the context of clinical presentations and findings seldom have relevance. Good luck and have a great baby. Should you develop any issues, see your OB quickly.
