Just Tylenol (acetaminophen): A this point, stick to tylenol (acetaminophen) 1000mg 3 times daily and lots of fluids.  The antihistamines and decongestants could be harmful.  Keep well hydrated and rest.  Hang in there, you are almost there!

Flu: Get the flu shot.  if you already have the flu check with your OB to see if they will allow you to have Tamiflu (oseltamivir) to treat it.

Pharmacist: Your best bet would be to ask your pharmacist  as you are enquiring about OTC meds.(please inform them that you are pregnant)Having tried these for 48-72 hours please see GP if still not well.

Some perhaps: Depends on the virus...And on the medicines you are taking, either regularly or for the cold/flu symptoms. Alt=54 is not very high--i would not worry about it. Could ask your dr to recheck it in about 2 weeks (when over cold, etc.) to allay fears, but not essential if no right upper abdominal pain / nausea / stool color changes / yellowing of skin.

Likely not: The risk with most viral infections during pregnancy is during the first trimester. The developing fetus is usually well protected in the womb from infections and by breast feeding after delivery.

See detailed answer: Fatigue and nausea are symptoms of early pregnancy, but the flu is much more severe with high fever and subsequent cough.  The bleeding likely represents an abnormal cycle, but pregnancy or infection must be ruled out by your doctor.

Cold/flu: Well the treatment depends on whether its a cold or the flu.  Your OB physician like most of us who do OB have an answering service even after hours.  I would call the office and describe your symptoms more clearly.  You may or may not have fetal movement now, though some butterfly feelings would be normal.  You can take tylenol (acetaminophen) or tylenol (acetaminophen) cold for your symptoms, but I would make that call.

Can happen: Pregnancy lowers your immune system response.  It may not be a migraine.  Make sure you do not have a sinus infection especially since you have had two viral infections and allergy symptoms.

Loss of taste: Your loss of taste occurred when you got a cold at six months gestation. In order to taste food you must be able to smell it. Your sinuses may be blocked or infected.
