Not recommended. : Steroids make the body fight a disease process but also makes it easier to develop an ulcer of the stomach.

Yes: However it is important to get in touch with our prescribing doctor. Something should get better by now examples--- shortness of breath, sputum production, sputum color etc. The respiratory epithelium is replaced by an young immature epithelium ( lining of the breathing tubes) as a part of the healing process. It is very sensitive to stimuli resulting in prolonged cough ( upto 6 weeks ).

You should speak: to his doctor. I don't know what inhaler he is on. If it is a bronchodilator (such as albuterol or xopenex), he may benefit from an inhaled steroid (or through a nebulizer), but only his doctor can make that determination. If he is having labored breathing, you should take him to an emergency room to be seen.

Go see your dentist, if pain persists.

Not prednisone: I wouldn't blame the prednisone. It causes easy bruising but rarely causes bleeding. If you're not on your period, the bleeding is unusual. Call your gynecologist.

hi, im male 21 years old and i got itp, i used al medication (prednisone, globin) and even had a marrow research. how bad is it if i remove myn spleen?

See details: Removal of the spleen is not a guarantee that the itp will resolve. There is the usual small surgical risk and you will need Pneumovax vaccinations to protect you as the risk of pneumococcal infection is increased after splenectomy.
