Prednisone can be taken with Vyvanse. Prednisone can sometimes give you agitation as a side effect, as well as insomnia, and it can add to the effects from Vyvanse. Blood pressure might need to be watched. If possible, Vyvanse can be stopped while on Prednisone, then restarted.
