Fistula: There may be an abnormal connection between your bladder/urethra and the vagina called a fistula caused by an injury at the delivery that has gone unrecognized or unhealed. Have your OB MD re-assess you by exam for the same.

As above: Overall you're sleep should improve quickly since you will feel more comfortable than when sleeping while pregnant. This can be affected by factors such as having a c-section, pregnancy related restless legs, snoring from weight gain, etc. Although your own schedule may improve, your baby will have its own schedule that you'll have to adapt to!

Pregnancy: Yes. Of course. This is absolutely normal and a sign of fetal health.

15-20%: The risk of having a preterm delivery is about 10%.  If you have had one preterm delivery then your risk with the next pregnancy is increased to about 15-20%.  If you have had two preterm deliveries then your risk with the next pregnancy could be 30%.  Ask your doctor about 17-oh progesterone.

Stress: A Marker: No one really knows for sure whether or not stress really causes preterm birth. Stress can be defined in so many ways and people handle stress differently. Stress can be a function of your environment which may also cause ptb. For example, someone poor who lives in a high crime area experiences more "daily stress" but this population may  have more infections/malnutrition which may also cause ptb.

Depends: Ideally you would want to wait until 39 weeks but there are legitimate reasons for doing it earlier.

Usually IM: Progesterone starting at 16-17 weeks , 1 shot weekly until 36-37 weeks , but please consult with your OB or the perinatologist he will use to help manage your pregnancy.

NO really: Women have survived wars and famine and not all women under stress give birth. Having said that, the body is an organism that sometimes responds to its environment with adverse pregnancy outcomes.  Pprom is typically due to an infection.  We know the less sleep you get, the poorer you are able to care for yourself, the increased likelihood of infection.  It's not an a=b, but stress can play a role.

Watt breaks at 35 : 1/2 weeks is a premature birth. Prom is when the membranes rupture and baby is not born within 24 hours and there is a greater chance of infection for baby. Glad you and your baby are fine! congrats!

Preterm labor: Pressure at 18 weeks definitely requires an evaluation to rule out premature cervical dilatation or incompetent cervix.  Urinary tract infection may sometimes present with pressure either way you will need a medical evaluation asap. Please call your md or doctor and report your symptoms.
