36-37 weeks.: Cesarean delivery by 36-37 weeks is scheduled for cases of placenta previa without suspicion for accreta (34-35 weeks if accreta is suspected). Delivery should only occur in a large tertiary hospital with a blood bank that can handle acute hemorrhage. Avoid intercourse, car rides, travel, nsaids/ssris, exercise and heavy lifting and best of luck!
