NO really: Women have survived wars and famine and not all women under stress give birth. Having said that, the body is an organism that sometimes responds to its environment with adverse pregnancy outcomes. Pprom is typically due to an infection. We know the less sleep you get, the poorer you are able to care for yourself, the increased likelihood of infection. It's not an a=b, but stress can play a role.
