It's treatable: Since you aren't gay, i can see why you want to get rid of the problem.  I have seen cases that respond to systematic desensitization therapy.  If you find a psychologist in your area who has training to do this, you may get desired results.  Don't give up hope.

null: The otc (over-the-counter) meds for vaginal infections are usually directed at susceptible yeast organisms only. They will not treat bacterial infections, or any kind of std - sexually-transmitted diseases. Get to a doctor, or clinic, and get checked.

what can i do about cyst that grow in and around the inside of my thighs and vaginal area? i have suffered with this problem for over 12 years now. i need answers to what causes this condition and how to treat and or prevent it from happening again.

You : You may have hidradenitis suppurativa, which is a condition where one gets cysts and boils in the groin, armpits, and gluteal crease.  It is a chronic and recurrent condition that can be quite painful at times.  There are many options including antibiotic creams/gels, oral antibiotics, accutane, and surgical treatment.  Often, draining the lesions can also give some immediate improvement in symptoms.  I would recommend you see a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment options to help improve your situation. is it normal to get tearing at the vaginal opening after using cream to treat a yeast infection? the infection spread to anus. same problem with tears

Yes: Yes, this is so painful, right?  It's more that the skin is splitting, i'm guessing.  Sometimes you can use some desitin (zinc oxide diaper cream) or similar cream (for diaper rashes). This can help that skin to heal.  This tearing could be due to the infection from yeast, or it could be your skins' reaction to some ingredients in the ant-fungal cream.

my partner had gonorrhoea a month ago. we both got treated but i didnt have symptoms. i dont history of any stis just vaginal thrust and neither does he. we had unprovoked sex last week and now we both have genital itch. what could be the problem?

More likely: a fungal (yeast) infection. Exam to be sure and treatment with anti-fungal medications can be then started.

See your dr: Vaginal irritation can have many causes--from bacterial infections, to stds, to yeast infection, to other causes.  If there is a bad odor, it may be bacterial vaginosis--which can be recurrent.  You need to let your doctor know that it's come back, and ask for a repeat evaluation.
