i have this crawling sensation in my head an face..i used to work with lots of chemicals and lime powder..could this be whats affecting me?

Possible: This is possible, but you should see an MD to confirm your diagnosis, sounds as if you have a nerve issue of some sort… If this is sudden in onset and you have weakness in your face or extremities, this may be a stroke, go seek immediate care.

does shaving more often damage/benefit  normal facial skin (not dry, not oily, etc)? is using a depilatory powder a better/worse alternative for men?

Depends: Usually best to shave more gently but more frequently. The longer you go between shaves the more irritating it is. Depends on type of skin and type of hair. Kinky hairs are associated with pseudofolliculitis. Do you have a specific problem????

can i put baby powder on skin which was affected by irritant dermatitis-not dry anymore.dont itch but still red-will powder minimize redness n fade it?

I suggest moisturize: With something like eucerin calm. Be diligent and patient!

Not really: Dry it up, cool it down. That's the best you can do. Power mixed with sweat would make it more messy.

May be.: Best way to prevent diaper rash is to avoid leaving wet/ soiled diaper on for long time. Then topical skin protectant like a&d ointment or zinc oxide ointment  even plain vaseline could work.

when i wear powdered latex gloves, some parts of my skin turn red, become dried and itchy. i have to work with gloves. so what is the solution?

Gloves: You might be allergic to the latex in the gloves.  They make very good gloves out of nitrile. They are inexpensive and are almost like latex and are disposable.  Otherwise you could use vinyl gloves but they are not as stretchy.

my skin is peeling off in a powdered form(like dandruff) particularly in winter season. local doctors says it is deficiency and no medicine. medicine?

Face?: This may be seborrhea, which can respond to topical antifungals such as nizoral, (ketoconazole) Eurax lotion which decreases the demodex which lives in the pores. Depending on efficacy this is a better approach than chronic steroid use which is only suppressive. In severe cases a trial of oral Nizoral (ketoconazole) may put this into remission.

my jock itch is becoming ash or powder-like in some parts after applying lamisil spray. is that a sign of the fungus dying and my skin healing?

: It may be due to the reaction with the 'fungus' and should heal and recover original color. If not see your MD again

To treat intertrigo, your doctor may recommend short-term use of a topical steroid to reduce inflammation in the area. If the area is also infected, your doctor may prescribe an antifungal or antibiotic cream or ointment. Sometimes you need an oral meds.

Irritant dermatitis: doubt fungus...could be contact irritant dermatitis  or even seb dermatitis...sometimes oatmeal bath soaks or otc hydrocortisone may help. if not , see dermatologist
