Irritant Dermatitis: Powder does not treat irritated skin. The best treatment for irritated or inflamed skin are topical prescription cortisone like Vanos or Halog. You can try OTC cortisone like Cortaid (hydrocortisone) or Cortisone 10 but they are not as effective as the prescription cortisone creams.
