sounds like you have mild gastritis and h. pylori infection.
you will need antibiotics and anti-ulcer meds if H. pylori is positive.

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Mild increase in mast cells may not be meaningful depending on the context of the clinical picture. You may wish to consult the pathologist who examined the biopsy tissue for a more detailed interpretation.

: In body of the report, radiologist tries to give all the findings, whether they are  contributing to current clinical conditions or not. Final  report  shows mild  chronic  ileitis which can be due to infection, vasculitis, ischemia,or medication induced.. most of the times these nonspecific  inflammation go away quietly as they come.
