Male: Being that you are a male, taking the pills will not prevent pregnancy and you should not be taking those anyway.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Yes, but higher side: effects.  There are other brands of the morning after pill that contain levonorgestrel and only have one double dose pill.  There is a higher chance of nausea.  With either way, your period may be off, but if it is over 7 days later than expected, it is advised that you take a pregnancy test.  To be effective, take the first pill within 72 hours. Also,  more effective early in menstrual cycle.
