May be not 100%: You are supposed to take 1 tablet each 12 hours apart.It may not be 100% effective.If you took the pills within 72 hours,the earlier the better,it may still work but effectiveness may not be 100%

ECP: The manufacturer recommends that the first Postinor-2 tablets should be taken soon as possible after sexual intercourse. The second tablet should be taken 12hrs after the first one. This is likely to be most effective. However, many women have taken both tablets at once & it will still afford a significant level of protection. For optiomal results - take per directives.
