3 months post pelvic prolapse surgery.  went to pelvic pt yesterday.  staining today. menopausal for 2 years.  is staining reason for concern?

Mesh?: Prolapse surgery with some spotting after surgery?  Hard to know so would suggest you check in with your prolapse surgeon.  If you had a mesh reconstruction, you need to think about an extrusion of mesh vaginally.  With uterine preservation, need to think about post-menopausal bleeding.  Tough question with limited information....Sorry.

my skin burns when i perspire.  it turns red and goes away when i start to cool down.  what is causing this? female, 59 yrs old  post menopause

?hot flashes/ may be: Hot flashes can persist for several years after the menopause. If these are bothering you, go see your gynecologiat ..Perhaps a short course of hormones would be needed if the hot flashes wake you upo at night or make you too uncomfortable during the day.

is endometrial hyperplasia always cancerous post menopause? or can it just be nothing to worry about? my endometrial lining is 6mm instead of 5m

Not always cancer: Generally not cancer, but good to have it checked with your gyn to see if therapy with medication or a procedure is indicated.

i am post menopause.  i do not take calcium, i try to get my nutrients through food.  would it be dangerous for my heart to start taking calcium supp?

No: But the bone strength could be a concern.

Unclear: it is unclear as to whether estrogen will affect progression of a cystocele.  Kegals, losing weight(if needed), not being constipated, staying active without putting repetitive pressure to pelvic floor all will help
