Typically a doctor will remove affected tissue of a cin 3 biopsy until the margins are clear of abnormal cells.  At 29, docs should be conservative and try to remove as little tissue as possible, so not to ^ ur risk cervical incompet and preterm birth.

3 moth then every--: We will consider that the leep was for cis/cin2/3 with negative margin. 
This suggests that you have predisposition for higher grade lesion (due to hr hpv). So you will need close follow up defined by your doctor. 
Usually first pap iafter 3 months and then every 6 months may be ok till consistently negative to be converted to regular pattern.

There would be extensive inflammation that would compromise interpreting the pap and the result would be uninformative.  3 to 6 months after a leep is the recommended interval to re-screen with a pap.
