Depends: Look, you were dancing before and flatfooted so that part is not new. It depends which tendon you are referring to. If it is the posterior tibial tendon chances are the tears are longitudinal. Conservative a=care would be orthotics. Then there is always the surgical route. There are stages of adult acquired flatfoot, so depends where you fall in that system. Hopefully, you aren't that bad.
