Partial dentures: Most patients find partial dentures uncomfortable and not natural. They generally are recommended only when one cannot afford other fixed restorative  options such as fixed bridges or implant supported teeth. Also an option when there is insufficient bone to support implants or sound natural teeth to anchor a fixed bridge. They move, food gets under them, they are bulky, and stress the other teeth

Healing site: I am confused if the extraction site actually reopened as you say or if it just feels different with your tongue. After extractions the site undergoes a natural shrinkage during the healing phase as the inflammation resolves. Next time you see your dentist mention your concerns to ease your mind.

what would cause a lump on the right side of my soft palette? i wear dentures and have for ten years. it is very very painful.

Vague: Could be a denture sore that has been rubbed and altered the tissue over the years.  Ill-fitting dentures could be the cause, but i would see a dentist asap.  The lump could be a concern and should be evaluated.  Any long term sore or lump needs attention!

May be bone.: It may be an edge of bone if it's hard. Or swelling. See your dentist - he may need to adjust the denture. Probably not an infection.

i have a severe under and cross bite issue. i have dentures but my jaw hurts on right side and it's making it hard to finction. will i need surgery?

Jaw pain: This cannot be answered with a clinical and visual examination. Even though you have dentures, you should have periodic dental examinations to check  your oral health and the fit of your dentures.
Make an appointment to see a dentist (ASAP if the pain has lasted more than 7-10 days).

is partial denture a viable option when last three top teeth on ride side are missing? i know it could clasp on left but how would it on right? thanks

It's an option: Not the best, but still an option. It would clasp on the right side just as it does in the left. If you have enough bone and the financial resources, consider dental implants and a fixed bridge.
