Banned: By the FDA. Unsafe. They tend to have a natural feel but when they overgrow with fluid they feel too tense.

No: Because of safety concerns, complications, problems, and sometimes uncontrolled growth, these types of implants are banned in the United States and Europe.  See a qualified plastic surgeon if you are interested in breast augmentation.  Good luck!

Yes: The short answer is yes.  However, if you go smaller in size, there may be excess skin that would need to be addressed.  This may involve additional incisions.  It's best to discuss this with a board certified plastic surgeon.

They shouldn't : Cleavage can't be created if you are not born with it.  Implants will make your breasts larger, but they should not cross the midline(symmmastia). This can be repaired. Please search out a board certified plastic surgeon with a significant amount of breast experience.

Yes: Benign cysts in the breasts should not prevent breast augmentation, but they should be completely evaluated before proceeding with augmentation surgery.

Yes, slightly: Saline-filled implants definitely weigh slightly more than the same volume of breast tissue as breast tissue has a certain amount of fat in it and fat weighs less than water (saline). The older the person and the heavier the person, the more fat present in their breasts, as a rule. A silicone gel implant weighs virtually the same as a saline implant of the same volume.

Perhaps, not usually: The density of silicone implants is very close to breast tissue as it approximates the density of water. However this is not typically the case as most breast mass is a combination of tissue/gland (more dense than silicone) and fat which is less dense than silicone.
