please tell me, could a polyp of size 1 cm come out of one's anus?

Could be hemorrhoid: Any entity inside your bowel; food, stool, polyp, foreign body, hemorrhoid can and will pass rectally, so yes. Occasionally a polyp will try to pass rectally, but still being attached to the wall of the colon, can not fully detach. A colonoscopy, and/or exam with your doc are the best ways to address this problem. Be well.

hysteroscopy and small polyp removed 8 months ago and biopsy was clear. recent ultrasound showed 1.5 cm x 0.3 cm polyp. gynae wants to rescan in 3 months. is it normal for one to grow/regrow this quickly?

: The current ultrasound may show a second polyp as described, but uterine polyps are generally benign, and unless bleeding occurs, do not usually interfere with fertility.  An ultrasound may not always show all uterine abnormalities, and the hysteroscopy may have effectively removed one and the "new" polyp may have been missed.

colonoscopy 4 years ago at 18, found 4 polyps one was 1.5 cm hyperplastic, 1 juvinile, 2 inflammatory. history of family cancer, repeat colonoscopy?

Yes, &amp; genetic test: You should get a repeat colonoscopy and discuss the desirability of getting genetic testing for colon cancer susceptibility with your doctor. You may wish to consult an oncologist.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine,

a polyp 1 cm is average size or is consider big ? can i have the option to be awake and conscious during a colonoscopy?

Possible: 1 cm is not considered  very small  , current  practice of endoscopic screening , will be picked up much smaller than 1 cm , yes could be done with out sedation , but you will be very uncomfortable , and no reason to suffer , follow the advice of your doctor, a relatively low risk procedure

should i be concerned about having gallbladder polyps with largest measuring 0.8 x 0.9 x 0.6 cm ?

True polyp yes: 90%of polyps are actually a stone stuck to the gallbladder wall. So true polyp is rare,but if it is a true polyp ,it has to be removed.because most true GI polyps could turn to cancer. So depend on your symptoms,my advice removed the gallbladder.

i have had a low functioning (21%) gallbladder and now have developed 2 polyps 3 and 6 cm.  do you usually recommend removal for something like this?

ONLY: if you are having symptoms ("attacks") or STONES develop which could block your bile delivery system!

Gynecologist: Your gynecologist is best qualified to advise you. These polyps are usually benign and rarely turn malignant but let the specialist advise you.

No...: Any polyp &gt; 1 cm in size might be considered significant or large.

You'll get Medicated: You'll be anesthetized, whether the polyp is removed through the scope or through a surgical procedure. Most importantly, it needs to come out, be tested, and you be treated effectively based on the results.

Look and see : Have your doctor do a specialized sonogram called a sonohystogram. This is an easy way to determine if a polyp is present.
