i was diagnosed with precancer colon polyps and internal hemorrhoids and gastritis.still have blood in stool with burning in my abdomen should i worry?

Depends: Gastritis should improve with dietary modifications, acid blockers, and possible H pylori treatment; if not, further evaluation may be needed.  Colon polyps should be followed with colonoscopy anywhere from 6 months to 5 years later, depending on type of polyp and confidence in that it was completely removed. Internal hems bleed and the source needs to be addressed - constipation, straining, etc

did a colonoscopy in 2016 showed 2 small polyps one 0.2 and one 0.5. do i need to get a colonoscopy right away how long should i wait to get the next? have gastritis and anal fissure im 35?

: Based on the type of polyps and your family history, findings on previous scopes, your current gastroenterologist would be best to make recommendations as guidelines keep changing. If having gi symptoms the focus will change to diagnosis rather than prevention and a colonoscopy may be recommended even if not due for prevention purposes.

GE reflux: You may be having gastroesophageal reflux disease (heartburn due to backing up of acid from stomach to esophagus)

Clarification: Diverticulosis is very common, and most people live with it without any problem.
Gerd is very common, just try to understand what triggers it, and take medication when you need it.
Chronic gastritis might be due to h. Pylori infection which is very common outside of us.
Hyperplastic polyp is due to chronic irritation. There is no reason to think that your system is broken.
Tubular needs follow up.

Sounds like: A proton pump inhibitor (eg Prilosec) will help! Consult with your Gastroenterologist!

is it possible to have mild form of crohn's disease? although all test were negative at the time i still get mucus and blood in stool for years now, have had gastritis in the past and history of colon precancerous polyps, but no answers?

May be IBS: You symptoms seem more in keeping with irritable bowel syndrome than Crohns. If you had polyps removed, it would be prudent to have repeat colonoscopy if it has been 5 years since the last one. It would be useful to visit your doctor, preferably a gastroenterologist.

diarrhea 18 of past 30 days. can ibs be this extreme? miserable! egd, cscopy, ct ruled most things out but did find hems, mild antral gastritis, polyp + visible inflam in sigmoid (bx normal).

Persistent diarrhes: Sounds like you have had a workup at the standard of practice. I have to assume that stool cultures and other stool exams as well as blood tests have been done.  18/30 days  sounds like a  bit much. Your physician may wish to consider some medication to slow down the intestinal traffic. If the diagnosis proves to be ulcerative colitis, then other specific meds may be appropriate.

Probably related: You have mentioned several constitutional symptoms with fever for a month. They could all be related to underlying infection, blood disorder or automunw disorders. Follow up with your physician regularly to determine the cause and then the treatment
