just two days ago i noticed a black small dot on the right side of my tongue , i don't smoke, im not taking any special medication. !?

Probably nothing: In the absence of pain or discomfort it is most likely an area of hyper -pigmentation. Take a picture of it and then take another in 2 weeks. If it hasn't changed its most likely ok. If it worries you see an ent.

could apo mopropol type l or asperin cause red dot on arms  and stomach or is it aspirin i had open heart surgery 6 months ago  could it be the medication.?

Possibly: A common cause of fine red spots on limbs and / or the trunk is medication reaction.  Ask your doctor and pharmacist.

Don't understand ?: If you failed the test, assuming it was interpreted by a medical review officer (MRO), am not sure you have any recourse, particularly if this was pre-employment.  If you ARE an employee, you should find out what protections you have and if you can appeal the test. If you are a union member, your union rep should have information on how to contest it. If you are NOT already an employee, not much.

i am taking telma 40 a generic drug for hypertension.  i am clocking 130/90 regularly. is it alright or should it be 120/80 on dot?

Htn: Diastolic BP is borderline high @ 90, should be around 80, modify your diet, avoid salt, fried food, exercise, if this does not bring down the bp, option is to increase the dose to 80 mg or add diuretic ( water pill - hydrochlorothiazide), starting @ 12.5mg daily.

Probably nothing: However, you should be screened for malignant melanoma just because it is ALWAYS a risk.

It's gone: That is probably the key - that it's gone.  Bad things don't come and go.  They usually just get bigger or more painful.  If it returns and gets bigger then you should see your family doctor.

Potential risk: Combination has been reported to cause what's called long QT,  an electrical heart abnormality which predisposes you to malignant heart rhythms.  I'd tell you, we always read about this in the books but I have never heard of it happening to a patient, so it is rare.  Depending on what the antibiotic is for, your doc should consider switching you to another one just to be safe.

: This is the wrong place to ask. You need to ask the entity that does the testing what system they use. There is no one "universal" test.
