: If you had a viral or bacterial disease around that time, sometimes subclinical, a tender reactive lymph node could be present. Immunoglubolin M (IgM) is usually elevated in the first phase of an acute infection and it could correlate with the tender lymphadenopathy. I wonder if you exposed to certain animals at that time such as rabbit or other farm animals.

Multiple myeloma is a cancerous or excessive proliferation of these plasma cells which may lead to excessive high levels of calcium/bone pain/renal failure/anemia (low blood counts).  Need to see hematologist (blood doctor specialist).

With use you would be providing body with raw materials for making your own immunoglobulins, but at a cost.  Any "complete" proteins from eggs or milk could provide the same protein precursors and support good health.

Manage your acne: Modestly elevated immunoglobulins in the absence of obvious systemic illness seldom mean anything. You can manage your acne like a grown-up. If topical benzoyl peroxide has not cleared you in two weeks, your personal physician can add something that will help. If you have severe acne and are offered isotretinoin, please consider using it though it's not for the faint-hearted. Best wishes.
