No: The pregnancy is too early that little C caused the miscarriage. The fetal red blood cells have just developed and it is too early to illicit an immune response to cause fetal anemia and death.

Didn't say so: In medicine there are no guarantees. The guidelines offered about rabies boosters tend to be aggressive based on the fact there has never been a normal survivor. When consulting the reference systems there is usually a hedge, an out, based on the fact we cannot predict every response in every patient.  I would consider the level protective for a minor exposure, but it's not my life on the line.

Rabies: An antibody titer against the rabies virus can be sent by your physician after immunization.  This is not generally done with the current vaccine but was done in the days when we used the duck embryo-based vaccine.

IgM or IgG anti stre: In general antibody titers are (blood or saliva or wherever the sample is )tests that measure the immunoglobulines associated to certain diseases (in this case streptococal)that indicate whether or not the body has developed defenses against. Igm elevated means a "recent" infection, IgG elevation means  old or previous  exposure.

No: This means your child had a previous strep infection and had an immune respone which is a good thing. The elevation does tell us when the infection was active.So rely on what symptoms your child has and ask advice of your doctor.

High enough: By WHO guideline, rabies neutralizing antibody titer of 0.5 IU/mL or greater should provide an adequate protection.

No risk, immune: This duplicates another question. You are immune to HBV, should not have any more testing, and need not worry about any exposures to your girlfriend or anyone else.

in nov. 2020. i had covid-19, and in jan 2021. my antibody titer was 32,09 u/ml. however, repeated antibody serology showed titer of 406,0 u/ml in jul. 2021. i havent been vaccinated yet. how is that possible?

: Antibody titers are not recommended for follow-up of infection or vaccination. Your titer may have gone up due to a subsequent clinically silent infection with a different strain of the virus.

Immune if HepBsAb+: If your titer of protective antibodies is therapeutic, then risk of infection is low, although sometimes a booster is warranted.  Check with your doc.

i received the 1st hep a immunization dose in 2013 and the 2nd in 2019. did i wait too long to get a 2nd dose? is the length of time likely to to cause my hep a antibody titer to be negative/equivocal?

Hep A vaccine:  See:  https://patient.info/travel-and-vaccinations/travel-vaccinations-leaflet/hepatitis-a-vaccine.  "A second dose of the vaccine 6-12 months after the first gives protection for about 20 years. If you are late with this second dose, you should have it as soon as possible but you don't need to start with the first dose again." This could be an issue.
