Xray is nonspecific: Typically "pneumonitis" on an x ray can be viral, so often no meds. The appearance is somewhat stringy rather than the usual bacterial , fluffy, infiltrate.
But we as radiologists don't  always know exactly what we see and x ray is a blunt instrument anyway.
Your provider knows the score clinically so listen to them. Many infiltrates need follow up chest x ray to make sure they clear.

Sounds like: you had infiltrates suggesting TB infection and treatment was carried out in 2009. You only need a course of treatment ONCE  Regression means IMPROVEMENT but some residual scarring may remain

COVID 19:  Agree with Dr. Pasniciuc. There are clinical trials with some antiviral medications, but medications to keep airways open and other supportive approaches would be taken. Antibiotics could be used for secondary bacterial infections.

Not reported.: If it occurs, probably another cause, not the simivistatin.  I could find only one citation on simvistatin and cutaneous vasculitis, a case report of one. Not an issue!

Usually Viral: If you have a normal child birth - full term with no complications and all vaccines - then cough and runny nose symptoms are most likely associated with a virus and you can use tylenol (acetaminophen) for fever and nose suction. If the baby is less than 1 month old and has a fever, you need to go to an emergency department.

Period: Your period may be delayed by a little hormonal imbalance due to your infection if you were possibly pregnant and have had unprotected sex you should do a pregnancy test otherwise I would just wait for my period to come
