: Playing video games, when stressful, can certainly increase anxiety, but that will not cause your body temperature to increase. If you measured your temperature and it actually was elevated higher than 100.5°F, you should see your primary care doctor or go to an urgent care facility for evaluation as to why you have a fever. See a doctor: It's possible that the head injury is related to the seizure, especially if this was your friend's first seizure. This warrants an evauation right away.

See your PCP and get: a physical exam and have your eye doctor check for refractive error or if you need glasses vs. dry eyes from staring too long. They could measure your eyes for baseline ophthalmometer reading to make sure you aren't having something caused by an thyroid or other issue. Your extraocular muscles need to be checked too.Take a break, and refrain form playing video games for now.

Deprivation: The cold are and limited movement caused your arm nerves to be irritated. Slow hot bath should help. U need sleep and fluids! Would u run all night without rest? Your brain is on overload! Eat a light snack, bath, lay in calm dark room and rest. Stop games every hour and take a break please! Plus sitting long time increases risk of blood clots in legs.

Actually no: Video games do not in any way have a known effect on the health and function of the eyes.  They may in fact train eye hand coordination to a certain degree.  Because the blink rate drops, sometimes avid games players might get a bit of dryness.  But the eye sight will not be altered by frequent playing.

every time i get an adrenaline rush i start to gag? i have acute gastritis. is that the reason why? if i exercise i gag, if i play an intense video game i gag, literally anything i do that makes me have a rush i gag.

GI evaluation: This seems to be related to vagal nerve stimulation. What     do you mean by adrenaline rush?: video games? exercise?: No I suggest a GI evaluation and possible upper endoscopy.
