Every time i get an adrenaline rush i start to gag? i have acute gastritis. is that the reason why? if i exercise i gag, if i play an intense video game i gag, literally anything i do that makes me have a rush i gag.

GI evaluation: This seems to be related to vagal nerve stimulation. What do you mean by adrenaline rush?: video games? exercise?: No I suggest a GI evaluation and possible upper endoscopy.
