See your PCP and get: a physical exam and have your eye doctor check for refractive error or if you need glasses vs. dry eyes from staring too long. They could measure your eyes for baseline ophthalmometer reading to make sure you aren't having something caused by an thyroid or other issue. Your extraocular muscles need to be checked too.Take a break, and refrain form playing video games for now.

Could be related: But depends how long were you watching your tv, what channel or program (:', some boring programs I recommend for high anxiety patients, on the other hand , good action movies or horrors can stimulate fear or anxiety, size of tv have less impact on anxiety level and visual side effects
