Playing video games, when stressful, can certainly increase anxiety, but that will not cause your body temperature to increase. If you measured your temperature and it actually was elevated higher than 100.5°F, you should see your primary care doctor or go to an urgent care facility for evaluation as to why you have a fever. Good luck.
