Fat grafting is: Becoming more and more popular for breast surgery revisions, cosmetic surgery, and many other things. While nothing in medicine is ever really "new" the technique's popularity is usually credited to sydney coleman in nyc. Typically it's been said you lose about 1/3 of fat grafts via the coleman method, but this seems to be less with new harvesting and processing products and techniques.

Depends: If the removal of bone is performed as part of cosmetic surgery to alter the appearance of your exernal nose, then it is considered plastic surgery.  However, the nasal septum has a bony portion and removal of that structure is being performed to improve the physiological function of your nose (improved breathing).  If the latter is the case, that is not considered cosmetic  surgery.

Yes: Laser re-surfacing is a common option but success rates differ depending of the severity of the stretch marks as well as the amount of tissue being treated (thin vs. Obese patients for example).  There are other options available depending on the severity.

Yes, possible.: It depends on the size. But yes, generally, plastic surgery can remove it. Either the skin in the neck is expanded to allow for proper closure after removal of the skin, or skin grafting is done.

Lipo vs chin implant: Depending on the cause of your "weak jawline", there are different surgical options.

It is difficult to tell from your picture, but if there is any fatty tissue present, sometimes simply submental and neck liposuction is effective.   Alternatively, if your chin is weak, a small chin implant can be placed in addition to liposuction,  it should only be done by a board certified plastic surgeon.

The procedures can be very safe with only minor discomfort mostly within the first few days after surgery, usually managed well with pain medications. Consult with a plastic surgeon to discover which option is best for you.

Yes! : We want to keep your overall health in mind!  What is the status of your anorexia treatment? Are you in a counseling program?  What is your ability to maintain your weight?  Are you taking any medicines such as an antidepressant?   If you are underweight and you are not in a comprehensive treatment program, I would NOT recommend liposuction!
