i'm having bad flu and its making my body a bit heaty.. can i take paracetemol plus piriton and cetrizine at the same time before i go to sleep?

No: You should not take both piriton and cetrizine during the same day.  These are both antihistamines.  It is okay for you to take paracetemol and either piriton or cetrizine.  If you need additional comfort for body aches, it is okay to take ibuprofen along with the paracetemol and one of the antihistamines.

i got my period &at the same time i got the flu &i started to take 1000 mg paracetamol, 60 mg pseudoephedrine, 4 mg chlorpheniramine maleate 3 times for 5 days so far. does these medications interfere with weight loss and can it cause more bloating?

May be: These medications are not likely to change the course of your "flu" and have side effects. Your weight loss is more dependent on your food intake and exercise or the lack of it., but not on the medications you mentioned.

Resistance: Everyone gets colds and flu but symptoms can persist  if resistance is low from  fatigue  , allergies, vitamin deficiency  or chronic illnes.

Fluids and rst.: Symptoms are best treated with large amounts of fluids and rest - not exerting yourself.  Fever can be treated with  aspirin, acetaminophin or ibuprophen.  Caugh can be treated with hot tea and honey.  Nasal congestion can be managed with decongestant nasal sprays or oral  decongestants.  Antihistamines are generally not helpful and can be very sedating.

Flu tx: If you have the flu hydrate well w water, herbal teas, soup or juice. Drink sufficiently to have pale to light yellow urine. You can use pain relievers like tylenol (acetaminophen) or nsaid’s. Rest a lot! in some situations antiviral medications (tamiflu, relenza, flumadine) may be prescribed within the first couple of days of symptoms to hasten healing or they can be used after flu exposure to prevent illness.

Some thoughts on flu: Nobody really knows when one person stops being contagious with influenza (with or without Tamiflu treatment). One week out from the start of the illness (one can count from the first day of fever, aches, or cough) is safe, unless a person had a more severe illness or still has a lot of cough. In a more severe case, one can wait longer, such as until 3 days after no fever nor excessive cough.

Totally possible: Infants have some minimal protection from their mother's antibodies when they are first born but, they are susceptible to viral infection just like the rest of us. This is why it is recommended to practice faithful hand hygiene when handling newborns and infants so that we don't share our germs with them and overwhelm their little immune systems.
If your baby is ill, seek immediate care.

Cold is milder: Inflenza really makes you sick, you have fever, bodyaches, headache, cough, nausea and vomiting, upset stomack, coogh and congestion and you really feel sick
while common cold can give you milder symptoms like runny nose, cough and sometimes slight fever and you do not feel that sick as you do with influenza.
