my vit b12 is 118. is this serious? i have been getting really bad headaches, pins and needles in my hands, pain in my neck and very tired and weak.

Possible relation: That is a low vitamin B12 level and it may be a factor.  There is not a definite association.  Restoring your vitamin B12 level may help many or all of your symptoms, depending on their ultimate cause.

pins and needles in hands, finger feet all the time. different times of the day in both sides. why? what could it be? had it for 3 weeks now.

Possibilities: Your symptoms could be due to early peripheral neuropathy, may be an early presentation of multiple sclerosis, might be associated with hyperventilation, may be a reaction to a medication, could be due to vitamin deficiency.  Talk to your primary doctor about evaluating this.

See below: Based on the limited information you are able to supply, I do not feel the symptoms you describe are related to your Ureaplasma infection but may be related to the doxycycline especially if your symptoms began after you started taking the medication. An uncommon, but reported side effect of doxycycline. There are alternative antibiotics if such is the case. Recommend you contact the prescribing MD

Neuropathy: Pins and needles in hands and feet can be a sign of peripheral neuropathy.  Basic blood tests may not pick up the cause of peripheral neuropathy.  Conditions in the cervical spine can also cause these symptoms.  You probably need more extensive testing by a neurologist.
