Perhaps you don't mean a pinguela, but a rather you mean a stye or chalazion which are infections or pimples occurring in the eyelid.  Those are treated with warm compresses and antibiotics.

Not serious: Pinguecula are the eyes way of dealing with environmental wind, and light and irritation.  They are yellowish structures in the open space next to the cornea and are not pathological.  They will not affect vision or the health of the eye.  They can be removed if very prominent but they are there because the eye wants them for protection.

The only treatment is surgical removal.  See your ophthalmologist to evaluate these.

Conjunctival growth: A pinguecula is a raised area of conjunctiva, either nasally or temporally, that is related to uv exposure.  In most cases, this condition is managed conservatively, with topical lubricating drops and occasionally topical steroids.  However, if the pinguecula is severe, then it can be surgically excised.  There is a risk of recurrence, so surgery is uncommon.

Yes: Yes as long as the contact is not irritating then this is ok. If the pinguicula is irritated by the contact lens and causing discomfort then contact lens wear would not be recommended.

No: Pinguecula are a normal structure sort of like the callus of the eyes.  They are no due to infection or caused by infection.  Cehalexin is a good antibiotic but will have no effect on pingeucula.  Don't waste your money.

No: It's really not ok for anyone to rub your eyes. It's better to use artificial tears to soothe them.
