Not heart !: Heart pain is not constant. This may well be muscular or bony in nature. Have you had trauma there? Have you started some new exercise or new martial arts training?
think of what you do and this may explain why you have pain. See your doc for the best therapy.
It is possible this is something inside the chest that needs further investigation.

Symptoms might be a pressure, pain, burning or tightness in the chest which radiates to your neck, jaw, shoulder or arms.  Other risk factors include smoking, diabetes, high blood pressure and a family history of heart dz.

: Costochondritis is inflammation of the cartilage of the chest wall. If you have been diagnosed with repeated episodes of costochondritis, you need to look at your physical activity and see if there is some activity that is causing it. If that doesn’t seem to be the answer, see a rheumatologist and get some blood work to determine if you have an autoimmune inflammatory condition. Rest and heal.

Time to look at all : Other causes.   If your cardiologist has excluded the heart.  Check with a gastroenterologist and then possible get upper GI scope done.   There ar many other possibilities but the next step is gi.
