No: Pinched nerves will not create these problems. If the way you walk is altered enough from the nerve pain,  you may develop a tendinitis or heel pain as a result.

Achilles' tendon: If plantar fasciitis or,other pathology is not found, I would check the Achilles' tendon insertion, and have your gait assessed. You may have an accentuated heel strike that irritates this area. Orthotics should be used to help,off weight this area

Can't answer w/o inf: The space here is limited to provide a good answer to your question. You should speak to an Orthopedic Surgeon or sports medicine doctor (rehab?) to answer this question. Generally, rest, ice, &amp; compression is used to help support healing. Anti-inflammatories like Tylenol (acetaminophen) could be used also. Later on, rehab is used when healing has started but timing is up to the surgeon.

Shoulder: Tendinitis is more likely. Nerves usually do not get trapped in the shoulder area unless there is extensive surgical intervention and a lot of scarring. You should rest it for about 4 weeks and then go for physical therapy. Exercising an inflamed tendon prevents it from healing and causes pain as well.

Overuse/Compensation: Peroneal tendonitis is an inflammation of the tendon and tendon sheath complex of the peroneus longus and brevis tendons. These tendons arise from muscles in the outside of the lower leg and course behind the fibula (ankle bone on outside of ankle). Walking on the outside of the foot (often to avoid pain on the inside of the foot or heel) can lead to this condition as can a bad ankle sprain.

Numbness: Carpal tunnel syndrome may cause numbness, tingling or pain in the thumb, index, middle, and sometimes thumb side of the fourth which which can also be associated with numbness going up to the elbow and occasionally the entire arm. Tendonitis is local pain over the involved tendon which may radiate. Carpal tunnel syndrome is due to a compressed median nerve in the carpal tunnel at the wrist.

All are different: "bible cysts" refer to a mass or swelling on the top of the wrist which is a ganglion.  It is usually round and non-tender. Tendinitis in the back of the hand or wrist is more diffuse and at times painful.  Carpal tunnel syndrome occurs with pressure on the median nerve on the palm side of the wrist with numbness, pain, and tingling.
