What did ent say?: I see your answer but you did not say that the ent found any problem.This sounds like an inner ear problem. If the ENT doctor cannot tell you what is wrong then ask him where he would refer you to. This does need worked up and may need a CT scan. Do not let this drop but get another ENT or neuro opinion. Of these I would recommend a referral center.

Yes: It's big enough to cause some problems. See your doctor to get this evaluated for an ultrasound guided fine needle biopsy.

Yes: Acid reflux can cause pain in throat, neck and ear along with chest burning in center of your chest.  If ant- acids do not resolve issue in a week or two, you need to see an ENT to get  a scope to look down at the inside of your throat, because it could be something else.

Tooth infection: Could be a possibility. Sounds like you are having referred pain form the molar area. See your dentist as soon as possible. A tooth infection needs to be ruled out first. Treatment is usually antibiotics. If it is not your tooth you need to be evaluated by your regular physician. If your neck pain and headaches are worsening go to the er.

This is called ...: Referred pain. The pain centers in the throat and ear and TMJ are close enough that disease in one area can produce pain in the others. Ear pain does not usually refer to the throat however, it usually the other way. Some one with tonsillitis or a cancer in the throat will often complain of ear pain.

Pinched Nerve: The node you are discussing could be pinching on a nerve that travels into the ear region resulting in the ringing.  If you are sick, once you are better the node will decrease in size and help this issue.  However, if it does not, you may want to be evaluated further by a ENT doctor.
