Severed nerve: A partially severed nerve can result in parathesias, a completely cut nerve would leave you with no sensation and no motor function.

Orthopod: You need to see an orthopedist who specializes in the spine. It appears that something is compressing your nerve and you need to get this examined ASAP.  As for the swelling,  it is unrelated but swelling itself can give you a sense of numbness . Do you have a problem with varicose veins?  Have you gain a lot of weight . See you family doctor about this issue.

You may: have neuropathy. I would visit a doctor and find out what is going on.

No: I often see patients who are very large and are coming to see me for a breast reduction.  They often say, "i can't feel my nipples anyway", when i let them know about loss of sensation as a possible complication of the operation.  I often find that their sensation improves after surgery.

No physical problem: If you are able to achieve orgasm but notice a decrease or lack of pleasure, this would indicate that you are physically normal and there maybe some underlying psychological issues at play.  You should seek evaluation from a psychologist who specializes in sexual health.

It depends: It is really depend on what kind of surgery was done first time  and why you end up with no sensation ant not what kind of surgery you had second time  having a catheter for two years will make situation worst as far as feeling concern of course you need a temporary solution for your urine that coming I suggest something called Texas catheter or a condom catheter for now
