If it is located in your genital area and you are sexually active, it could be a sexually transmitted infection, like herpes. Bed bugs: Bed bugs attack in a linear line. I'll bet you notice them after sleeping.  Check your bed sheets for small black insects and possibly blood stains.  The blood stains represent squished bugs that you rolled over on or spots of blood from your skin due to bed bug bites.

Pimples and dizzines: Bumps are head/scalp are common and i don't see a connection to dizziness. If it's more severe it may need further workup but the normal ct  and mri's are very helpful. Stress/anxiety could also be the cause. If this gets worse, see your doctor.

Ingrown hair ?: Doesn't sound like PID or STD-related, but I don't know your personal history. This sounds like a skin irritation that could worsen without intervention. See a Gyne for a direct exam and treatment if necessary

A warm compress several times a day can often allow improved blood flow that promotes self- healing. I have never heard or read of a case like this that was cancer.

Cyst: A cyst represents a bag filled with a cheesy material.  The only effective way to permanently remove this is to have your doctor surgically excise it.  Opening and draining cysts will only temporarily shrink the size of the lesion, but it almost always returns.

Have it checked: should have it looked at by a medical provider. a large painful swollwn area may indicate a cellilitis or early abscess. Is it warm?draining?red? all signs of an absecess that may need to be drained. also may be due to bacyeria on the skin such as Staph ( including MRSA) or Strep. MRSA tends to be more aggressive and may result in multiple abscesses requiring treatment with antibiotics.
