Keratosis pilaris: Keratosis pilaris (KP, also follicular keratosis, lichen pilaris) is a common, autosomal dominant, genetic follicular condition that is manifested by the appearance of rough, slightly red, bumps on the skin. It most often appears on the back and outer sides of the arm. It's harmless.Moisturizing or keratolytic treatments: urea, lactic/ glycolic/salicylic acid creams can help.

hello sir i have these breakouts that look like pimples on my shoulders chest and upper arm . they appear suddenly and leave scars each time. there is no itchiness or any other type of irritation . they just randomly appear and go away?

See a dermatologist: Probably acne. Various treatments. Meanwhile you can try Benzoyl Peroxide 5% or 2%. Keep off colored fabrics as it will bleach out colors. Usually used at bedtime, used with white towels, white sleep wear.

Molluscum Contagiosu: Molluscum contagiosum is a disease of day care in children.  After they are infected, it itches, so they scratch.  They look like little whiteheads, to skin color donuts with a dimple in the middle. Very contagious, and she can self inoculate (spread by scratching). Can be frozen, cut, or curettes off, also can use "bettlejuice"..I don't recommend that, left large scars on my son. Check by derm!

See your doctor: Without seeing them, it is hard to diagnose, so you really should see your own doctor or a dermatologist. They could be warts, molluscum (in the wart family), sebaceous cysts or other. Don't open them yourself; you could cause an infection. A physician should be able to diagnose them properly and give you the proper treatment.

Pimple: Pimple in your armpit means you have an infection possibly from shaving in your armpit. The infection will cause your lymph node to swell as a response to the infection. See your doctor for a possible antibiotic.

Bump: See your doctor to be sure what it is. There are many different possibilities.  Common ones include cyst, lipoma, lymph node, dermatofibroma. There are many more uncommon ones including those of an infectious etiology. A biopsy might be needed if your doctor is unsure. From your description a dermatofibroma seems most likely.

: How long has the lesion been present? Anything that doesn't resolve on its own within a two week time frame should be evaluated by your GP or a dermatologist. Needs to be visualized with a complete medical history to determine what it might be.

Eczema treatment: Try a scrub, or a brush used in a circular fashion to loosen the bacteria, skin cells and sebum blocking your pores. As good as E45 is for eczema, it can still contribute to clogging pores.
