See your doctor: Without seeing them, it is hard to diagnose, so you really should see your own doctor or a dermatologist. They could be warts, molluscum (in the wart family), sebaceous cysts or other. Don't open them yourself; you could cause an infection. A physician should be able to diagnose them properly and give you the proper treatment.

Infection: It sounds like these are not really pimples. First, stop squeezing them. Second, you should see your doc or a dermatologist for definitive diagnosis and treatment. Good luck!
