How long has the lesion been present? Anything that doesn't resolve on its own within a two week time frame should be evaluated by your GP or a dermatologist. Needs to be visualized with a complete medical history to determine what it might be.

There are many possible causes for this. Would recommend seeing your doctor or to an Urgentcare or doing an Urgentcare visit on HealthTap. In order to properly diagnose and treat if necessary, this needs to be seen, especially if the bump or circle are enlarging or tender to the touch.
