breast cyst popped like a pimple would. is this normal?

Cyst: Your breast is covered with skin and therefore skin issues will occur. As long as the area is not red, firm, painful, it was most likely a sebaceous cyst.

why do i have so many cysts pimples and regular pimples on my chest even on my breasts. i shower twice a day and make sure clothes are clean. help pls?

Serious acne: In spite of what anyone may tell you, acne ha nothing to do with personal hygiene. You need scientific treatment, and this is your right -- it's the 21st century. This kind of acne will probably require a combination of topicals (benzoyl peroxide plus Clindamycin is one possibility) plus a systemic antibiotic that's right for you, or "the pill" may clear you if you can take it. Good luck.

i have acne on the underside of my right breast. my doc. said they are cysts. not! they are blackheads & whiteheads in the hair pores. if i squeese them, they empty just like on a face, some of them get large & purple. what causes this?

There : There are several possibilities. I wonder if you might have hidradenitis suppurativa:

the main things i would think about would be acne, folliculitis, cysts, or hidradenitis.  If it has been present since childhood nevus comedonicus would be possible.

i wanted to know what kind of treatment would be the best a topical treatment, or oral to treat cystic acne on the area between the breasts?

Cystic acne: If there is no contraindication to oral bcp's, this would be a way to decrease the hormonal production of the ovaries, fluctuations of which can predispose to oily skin and sebaceous cysts, which lead to acne.

Rash assessment: Most skin issues require a direct exam or at least a detailed description. Length of time present, placement, color, flat to the skin or raised, irregular or regular margins, suspected triggering event, etc. all matter. You are welcome to start over &amp; provide more info but may just need to write down all you can remember about this &amp; schedule a visit with a dermatologist.

Pimples : Folliculitis is often caused by bacteria in the hair follicles.   There are antibacterial washes and lotions or oral antibiotics that a dermatologist can prescribe.

Sounds like:: It sounds like a pimple, or an infected sebaceous gland.  I would try applying hydrogen peroxide and warm compresses to the area several times per day, if it doesn't get better, then see your doctor for further treatment options.
