Pimple/Cyst: A pimple is usually inflamed, red and painful and has a relatively superficial covering and will drain pus with warm compresses. A cyst is usually contained in a shell like container and is sore but only red if infected. It often requires excision and drains sebaceous like material. The shell requires removal to prevent it from reforming. You can find pictures on a dermatology site. All the best.

there's a slightly fat pimple behind my ear towards the bottom part. it's been there for a long time now and it bleeds occasionally. what should i do?

Ear lesion: It sounds like you have a lesion on the back of the ear lobe. It might be a cyst.  Can try use of warm compresses. Since it is chronic - it would make sense to have it checked out.

i am worried that the swelling red mark, almost like a pimple, behind my ear is a spider bite. the surrounding area hurts too. ?

Worry: I think the best move would be to go to the nearest Emergency facility. What you report is important and you will be seen quickly by the doctor.
Please have someone take you to the nearest Emergency facility.
It could be spider bites and they will be carefully controlled.

Pimples: Could be, try a benzyl peroxide cream first but if it doesn't help see a derm.

: Yes. Moving the jaw is affecting the area with the "pimple" and causing pain. You may try warm fomentation behind the ear. If it does not get better in a couple of days, it would be prudent to see a doctor.

Lumps, bumps on Skin: This is where a picture is better than a thousand words.  This sounds like a post infection cyst or scar forming in your skin. We call these sebaceous cysts...They can become bigger and infected.  And, they can be removed.

Rash: I have seen and read about cases of reactions to using cell phones. If you see a direct relation between the use and the rash, then yes, there is likely a connection and you might want to try a different phone or earpiece.
