my obgyn diagnosed me with pid. pain hasn't gone away with course of antibiotics. what else could it be? brown discharge, it feels like cervix pinched

PID: If you were diagnosed with PID, but your symptoms did not resolve with outpatient antibiotic treatment, then you need to be hospitalized for inpatient IV antibiotics. Please see your doctor asap or go to the ED, because if this is not treated properly the infection can progress and worsen.

over 35, ttc for 3 months after suspected pid/endo pain got better. how long should i try before referring to an obg. never missed a cycle?

6 months: Try for 6 months and have unprotected sex a few days before during and after your ovulation date.  If still not pregnant- than see your Ob/GYN dr. Best wishes.

Go ahead: You should go ahead and talk to your GYN. There's nothing wrong at starting to look at thing now to make sure there isn't any problem.

It can: Once the fallopian tubes are closed and a tubo-ovarian abscess occurs then yes.

PID symptoms: PID for sure causes pelvic pain:  that's the main symptom. Lower right chest pain might occur, but rarely:  sometimes PID is associated with inflammation around the liver (named Fitz-Hugh--Curtis syndrome), with right upper abdominal pain and somtimes chest pain just above that area. It is not likely to cause any other sort of chest pain. With these symptoms, for sure get professional care ASAP.

obgyn said chronic pid and severe pain is normal.got two steroid shots and taking doxycycline it's been 4 days i am tired of hurting what do i do ?

Not normal: Severe pain, normal?  Chronic pid isn't normal by any means.  Your doctor may not be treating you with medication that is working.  It's possible you have an infection other than one that responds to doxycycline. There are definitely bacteria and mycoplasms out there that are not going to get better with doxy.  Consider seeing a different obgyn, an id doctor, or at university, one with id ob/gyn.

PID: Stands for pelvic inflammatory disease and makes everything down there hurt. It can also mess up your hormones which might account for breast tenderness . If you have missed a period and are going nuts and your doctors have not already checked, take a pregnancy test.

diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis 2 x in year..one side pain, ? pid? can doxycycline & metronidazole alone work? no std, no tubo abscess ..

Bacterial vaginosis: Bacterial vaginosis is correctly treated by both metronidazole and/or doxycycline although the latter is often less effective due to bacterial resistance.  The unilateral pain is of more concern for a fallopian tube infection and an ultrasound first and secondly a laparoscopy can help delineate. or rule out that concern. Hopefully, your MD also did STD testing as some STD's are often masked by BV.

my gyn said there's no way u can feel  your cervix to far up so idk what i was feeling i had chylamdia no pid he says. the pain was ovulation ?

Not sure question?: Can you just restate this, I'm not quite sure what you are asking?   Ovulation pain can be briefly felt for a day while you are in mid cycle, as a brief lower abdominal cramp, can radiate to labia or pelvis.
