i drink a lot of water glasses in some week.  then i sudden felt pain in bones and muscles. after one and half month, i am feeling my back bone and hip bones do no work. whenever i stand and sit , feel every thing is moving just like skeleton.

i had a bone density scan. dexa axial skeleton bone density 1 or 2 site the results noted "there is an internal artifact that is unable to be removed inthe lumbar spine scan.". since i have no implants or anything metal what else can cause this?

: An artifact implies that there is an artificial object on a scan and is not considered to be from pathology. A repeat scan should be free of an artifact and I assume one is recommended.

Does it hurt ?: If this has not changed in size or has tenderness, I doubt this is a problem. An XR would rule out anything unusual.

i have a bump on the side my big toe. i assume its skin but feels like bone. i believe its slowly getting bigger.

See podiatrist: Most common bump is bunion at this location. Splints or surgery can correct this.

Homogenous = normal: The term "homogenous" means something similar to consistent or equal. If there is homogenous uptake throughout the skeleton it means there are no abnormal areas of "high uptake" or "hot spots" such as bone cancers.
Therefore, homogenous uptake in the skeleton is considered normal. Still, have a discussion with the doctor who ordered the scan as they will have a better understanding of your case.

in my upper body i.e in between collar bone and chest there is a deep cleavage.and in the back the bones in upper side is visible.would u please suggest?

Pectus excavatum: This suggests a congenital (birth) abnormality of a "caved in chest." this is likely not an issue now that you are 18, as most chest cavity and lung growth has been completed. All that remains is a cosmetic deformity. It can be associated with some syndromes like Marfan and spinal muscular atrophy. See a cv surgeon if you suspect heart/lung dysfunction.

sounds most likely: As  shingles, if there is an associated rash on rt side of the body. Otherwise it seems that you might have a spinal lesion causing nerves to be impinged.
Without the benefit of a proper history and examination, its difficult to provide you with any reasonable answers, i would suggest you see your pcp to be investigated properly.
