Maybe: Several possible causes. From circulation view maybe venous disease. Causes swelling, and purplish color for some patients, heavy, tired, aching, sometimes skin breakdown. 33 a bit young, but possible, esp if you're heavy or had blood clots in legs. To find out see Dr for ultrasound WITH REFLUX STUDIES. Treatment: elevation, elastic stockings, exercise, ?procedures to treat veins. Hope this helps.

i'm 20 and i get red dots on the skin of different parts of my body like an arm or a leg and my doctor told me it was from poor circulation. she did not say anything else of it, so i'm concerned, is there anyway i can avoid this? is this dangerous?

Purpura ? New? : I would like to know if they are recurrent or fixed. It could be purpura or telangiectasiae. 
You need to have platelet count . Purpura is caused by low platelet count and need further tests. If it is telangiectasiae which is usually scattered in different areas, I will not worry.

Need blood 2 heal: Healing of any tissue requires blood supply, better the blood supply better & faster healing, bone especially. Things that effect blood supply, r smoking, which u have control over, diabetes and arterial sclerosis r other common causes of less blood supply. The lower extremities r more susceptible then upper.

Probably Not, But...: Although temperature does play a role in the outcome of an EMG/NCV study, most neurophysiologists check temperature during the test to identify this as a source of error.  To some extent, the answer to this question depends on the results of the test and the skill set of the person doing the test.  I would discuss it with the doctor who performed the test, if possible.  Stay healthy!

Unfortunately there: are a number of diagnoses that could result in the skin signs you describe. It will be impossible to narrow it down without actually examining you. It could be as simple as exposure to cold or inactivity and as complex as neuro-vascular insufficiency. If it persists I would recommend you see a health care provider so that you can be examined and a thorough history can be obtained.

Ulcers: Some ulcers are caused by poor arterial blood supply. Others are caused by poor venous return. There are also neuropathic ulcers from sensory loss, and hypertensive ulcers from uncontrolled high blood pressure.

Not necessarily: Cramps can be a result of many things. A good physical exam and determination of risk factors is essential to determining the cause.
