Time is the healer: Scratches and the bruises will heal with scars based on the size and depth of the lesion. Blood clot in the hand history is kind of vague. Keep the wound clean and moist. Mederma might help to minimize discoloration and smoothen out the scar.

Do what derma says.: Duracan is an antifungal that can be used to treat ringworm. The elica m cream contains another antifungal as well as a steroid. This antifungal treats the ringworm, and the steroid just helps the ringworm be less red and itchy. There are lots of ways to treat ringworm. It is harder to kill fungus on nails so be sure to follow up with your dermatologist whenever you're supposed to go back.

i have psoriasis.  i have a patch of psoriasis on my arm slightly less than the size of a quarter.

for at least two weeks maybe three weeks there has been a scab over the spot. it will bleed sometimes.

it is not like the typical psoriasis of flakey skin. 
i have applied neosporin ointment and triamcinolone cream.

what is the issue?  treatment?

Psoriasis: Sometimes skin conditions like psoriasis can become infected or irritated more than usual. When this happens and it is important to treat, I would recommend that you do a video encounter where the doctor can see your rash and then make a better recommendation or send a prescription to your pharmacy online. Or you can consult with your usual doctor about it.

Treat a fungal rash: Ketoconazole cream should help with a rash that is caused by fungus, such as athlete's foot, jock itch or ringworm. If the rash isn't caused by fungus, it won't work -so I think you need to send a pic to a doctor here on Health Tap or a doctor in person. Fungus will attack under certain circumstances -like moisture, uncontrolled blood sugars (poor diet), other weaknesses etc, so try to fix those.

: The best way to diagnose a rash is to have the rash seen by a doctor. An evaluation by a dermatologist may be needed-especially if the rash is not going away in spite of treatment. You don’t say how old the child is or exactly what you have tried but it is probably time to have this rash seen by a doctor, starting with the child’s doctor and then a dermatologist, if needed. Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can cause rashes on the skin. Insect bites can also the cause of the discoloration.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

can daktacort cream lighten the skin?

Probably not: Daktacort cream is a combination of 2% Miconazole (antifungal) and 1% Hydrocortisone (steroid). Potent topical steroids can certainly lighten the skin (triamcinolone, clobetasol as examples). However, 1% Hydrocortisone is a fairly weak steroid. It is not likely to cause lightening of your skin. If you feel it has done so then i would stop it and seek an opinion from a dermatologist.

Depiwhite: You can use depiwhite on your skin over night. But first i would apply a very small amount to the skin and leave this on overnight to make sure there is no adverse affects. I would do this every night for 7-10 nights before using this product  on a large area.

Yes: All corticosteroid creams when used for a prolonged duration (many months) can have the potential of thinning the skin, especially areas with thin skin such as the face, groin, and underarm. But used as directed by your physician, topical steroid cream should not cause skin thinning.  Therefore, you should not use your medicated cream longer than the length of time your doctor prescribed.
